We would like to welcome you to Stella Maris and inform you in short about our booking conditions and house rules:

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1 Check in is after 14:00 h on the day of arrival.
2 Check out is till 10:00 h on the day of departure.
3 The reservation is confirmed after the advance payment of 20% of the total amount of accommodation. In case of a cancellation the advance payment is not refunded.
4 Third person in existing bed is not allowed including children.
5 Guests older than 12 years are considered as adults and are charged full price.
6 When paying cash, the exchange rate is applied on the day of payment.
7 Pets are not allowed in the accomadation.

HOUSE RULES:

1. The Air conditioning in your room is off when room or balcony doors are open.
2. Please use the premises, equipment and inventory that are at your disposal with care.
3. Damage or objections to service are reported to the reception.
4. Please note that you are responsible for damages that occur by your fault or by fault of the person that you are responsible of and that you are obliged to pay for it.
5. Board meals are served in the period of:
breakfast 08.00 – 10.00 hours
dinner 19.00 – 21.30 hours
6. For you money, securities and other valuables there is a safe at your disposalon reception. The hotel is not liable in case of theft or loss.
7. Please keep in mind the other guests want to rest and avoid making noise in the room or in the hallway after 11 PM.
8. Do not forget to turn in your key at the reception when you leave.
9. We reserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behavior.
